Tips for writing your web entry (venues/getaways)
- Use the name of your venue and the location (town and county) as many times as possible in the description, fact file and location. For example instead of writing ‘The hotel is ..... ‘ write ‘Lainston House, Sparsholt, Winchester is....’
- Mention any local places of interest that may be situated near to your venue. For example ‘Lainston House in Hampshire is situated near the picturesque city of Winchester which boasts a Cathedral and fantastic selection of shops’.
- In the location details again mention the name of the hotel and location and major roads or landmarks.
In summary, every time you mention your venue call it by its name and if possible use the town and county name. This will ensure that when brides are searching for venues they will be directed to yours!
